“Daniel weaves sculptural, painted and photographic worlds into layered, otherworldly landscapes that invite you to pause – exploring how we sense reality, connect, and imagine real worlds.
Daniel is a multidisciplinary artist exploring how we connect with reality and the world around us. He works across sculpting, assemblage, painting and photography to create layered landscapes that invites viewers to pause and reflect on how we see, feel, and understand place. Daniel’s work offers windows into places that are both grounded and otherworldly.
Daniel’s practice investigates connection - how we connect with realities (both physical and non-physical), how we connect with each other, and how we make sense of it all. His work is a quiet invitation to wonder and dream about what we might find when we open ourselves.
Daniel is active in developing arts community in Regional Australia, founding the not for profit: Alpine Regional Creatives Inc, and has completed an MFA at RMIT in Melbourne.
